REFUND POLICY
Launch defaults that are clear enough for customers and Stripe.
This is a launch-stage baseline. Adjust these terms if you want a looser or stricter commercial policy.
Radar Membership
Memberships can be canceled before the next renewal date. Charges already processed for the current billing period are not prorated unless required by law or approved as an exception.
Launch Pack
A launch pack can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if work has not started. Once research, analysis, or delivery work begins, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Operator Sprint
Strategy sprint payments or deposits can be refunded if the engagement is canceled before kickoff and no work has started. After kickoff or active delivery, payments are non-refundable because the service is custom and time-based.
How to request help
Billing questions and refund requests should be sent through the support center with the name, email, and purchase details used during checkout.
